Double windows are basically two distinct windows mounted between approximately 7 to 9 inches apart, leaving the shutter in the middle.
This solution has very good results, because the air box that exists between them is an excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

Caixibata mounts this systems from scratch, or makes adjustments to existing windows, applying a second in the outer side.
